Deblina Majumder is associated with KIIT School of Law as Assistant Professor-I since 2016. She has completed her LL.M. from School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Batch of 2014-15). Her area of specialization is Criminal and Security Law. Her LL.M. dissertation was on "Role of Gender in Sentencing: A Study on Women Judges of Odisha and Tripura". She has been teaching Cr. P.C., Jurisprudence, Family Law, Legal Methods, Law Relating to Inheritance and Succession, Law Relating to Marriage and Separation. She has always had an inclination towards research. Her area of Interest has been in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Administration. Deblina is pursuing her Ph.D in law. She has four publications and has also presented research papers in international and national seminars and conferences.
