SIDHARTHA SEKHAR DASH
Sidhartha S. Dash is a UGC NET qualified personnel now continuing Ph.D under the guidance of Prof V.D Sebastian in Criminal Law. He is a First Class in LLM and Industrial Relation and Personnel Management from Sambalpur University. Having more than 7 year practise experience in District Courts and in High Court of Orissa, Cuttack in trial and appellate practise in Criminal Laws , he was associated with leading Law Firm, Lex Publicio with Mr Bibhu Tripathy, Addl Standing Counsel, HC of Odisha. He was a Part-time Lecturer in P.P Law College teaching jurisprudence and constitution, and also was a Legal Advisor to Sambalpur Dist. Co-operative Bank City Branch, Sambalpur for more than 3 years advising in Banking Laws, DRT and NI Acts. Being a socially sensitive fellow he had worked for the Para-Legal Cell of Mananv Kalyan Pratisthan, Sambalpur and also for the right of bidi-workers along with Adult Education Department, Sambalpur.University. He had the opportunity to work for “Save Mahanadi Programme”. He has a participation in various academic activities including in “Research and Thesis Writing”, “Competition Law: Problems and Perspectives”, “Jurisprudential Trends in Right to Privacy”, “ Teaching and Research on Globalised Legal Education”, “ Corporate Law”, “The protection of Rights of Child”, and “The Use of RTI for implementation of Welfare Legislation in Panchayat”.
