KIIT School of Law is proud to share that Mr. Faiz Ayat Ansari, Head of the Department of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, represented India as a featured speaker at the World Congress on Artificial Intelligence as a Factor in the Transformation of Law.
The prestigious international congress was jointly organized by Praeeminentia Iustitia (Peru), Universidade de Itaúna, UNESC, and the Universidade de Caxias do Sul (Brazil), bringing together eminent legal scholars and experts to discuss the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on legal systems worldwide.
Mr. Ansari delivered a presentation titled “Artificial Intelligence and Federalism in the Backdrop of Transformation of Law,” examining the constitutional implications of AI-driven governance, the evolving nature of federalism in the digital age, and the need to develop regulatory frameworks that uphold constitutional values while embracing technological innovation.
His participation highlights KIIT School of Law’s growing engagement in global academic discourse and its commitment to advancing research at the intersection of constitutional law, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
