KIIT School of Law is pleased to announce that Dr. Sambhabi Patnaik, Assistant Professor–II and Head of the Department of Intellectual Property Rights, was invited as a Resource Person by the Odisha Judicial Academy, Cuttack.
Dr. Patnaik delivered two academic sessions on Intellectual Property Rights Law as part of the Induction Training Programme for 33 newly recruited Civil Judges (Junior Division), 2023 Batch, held on 24 January 2026. The sessions focused on the practical and evolving interface between intellectual property law and judicial adjudication, offering valuable perspectives to the newly appointed members of the judiciary.
The invitation reflects the continued contribution of the faculty of KIIT School of Law to judicial education and capacity-building initiatives, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to academic excellence, public service, and the strengthening of the justice delivery system.
