TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL
The Training and Placement Cell of the School has been one of the most active departments of the School, entrusted with the tasks of training, counselling, advising and facilitating the internship and recruitment processes of the students of the School. Since the graduation of the first batch of the School in 2012, the Cell has successfully handled internship and recruitment facilitation process for over six hundred graduated students as on date and is advising the present students on similar lines.
Industry – Interactive Programme
KIIT School of Law regularly organizes various Industry Interaction Programme for the benefits of students with an aim to enhance their industry-readiness. The Training and Placement Cell is entrusted with the following functions –
- Facilitate the recruitment process for the students of the graduating batch;
- Facilitate the internship process and recommend students of other batches for internships;
- Provide career counselling to the students of the School on regular basis;
- Provide support services to alumni;
- Provide training to students on soft skills / communication skills / group discussion skills etc.
- Arrange and conduct refresher courses for graduating students;
- Invite and arrange interactions of legal professionals and industry experts with the students;
- Advise students for career in litigation practice, judicial services etc.
- Advise students interested for pursuing further education;
- Advise students on training courses offered by external agencies and organizations.
