Kishlaya Mishra, currently practising at the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, has authored a thought-provoking opinion piece titled “Policy Bending and Constitutional Democracy.” The article has been published in The Daily Guardian as well as The Business Guardian.
In his writing, Kishlaya Mishra critically examines the implications of policy decision-making on constitutional principles, contributing meaningfully to contemporary public discourse on constitutional democracy and governance in India.
