KIIT School of Law welcomed alumnus – Mr. Ayush Verma (2017-22 Batch), for an engaging session on “Roles, Responsibilities, and Challenges of Legal Counsels in Banking Institutions.”

Mr. Ayush is currently serving as a  Legal Counsel  in a renowned bank in India. During the session, he shared insights from his career journey, including his experiences in the companies he worked with prior to joining the banking industry. He also spoke about the role and expectations of legal professionals, the challenges they face in law firms and financial institutions.

One of the most appreciated parts of the session was his walkthrough of the topics he had prepared during his placement interviews. His interaction with the 4th- and 5th-year batches was informative yet refreshing, leaving them with direction, and a better understanding of the career paths ahead.
