Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) K.D.Raju invited as a panel member on 3 rd National Conference on Legal Education, Profession and Integrating Pro-Bono culture for better access at IIT Kharagpur (8-9 November 2025)

Pro-Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) K.D.Raju has been invited as a panel member on the 3rd National Conference on Legal Education, Profession and Integrating Probono culture for better access to justice by IIT Kharagpur on November 8-9. He shared his views on the pending cases before the judiciary and how the legal aid clinics across 1700 law colleges in the country can facilitate speedy justice delivery.

He also shared his views discussed with co-panelist Justice Arindam Mukherjee of the Calcutta High Court on the challenges of legal aid committees and how technologies like AI can be used for synergising the bar, bench and academia.
