Dr. Bibhu Kaibalya Manik is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in teaching and research. He has been actively involved in legal education for six years, specializing in subjects such as banking law, land law, criminal law, correctional administration, insolvency and bankruptcy, drafting, pleading and conveyances, professional ethics, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. His expertise also spans five years of teaching labour and industrial law.
Dr. Manik holds a Ph.D. in Law, awarded for his thesis titled "Issues and Challenges for Small and Marginal Farmers in the Legislative Framework - with Special Reference to the State of Odisha." His academic contributions extend beyond teaching and research; he serves as the faculty convenor of Imazix (the photography society) and the Centre for Labour and Employment Studies at KIIT School of Law.
In addition to presenting numerous research papers at national and international conferences, Dr. Manik has authored several studies on labour and agricultural law, showcasing his deep commitment to the field and his scholarly contributions to legal academia.
B.A.LL.B (Hons.) in 2015, LL.M (Corporate Commercial Law) in 2017, currently pursuing Ph.D. in Agriculture Law(Thesis Submitted)

Specialization in Corporate and Commercial Law, with teaching experience in Criminal Law, Correctional Administration, Land Law, Insolvency, Banking Law, and Labor Law.
