Assistant Professor

Dr. Bineet Kedia has begun his career in education as teacher in 2011 in Law College Durgapur, West Bengal. He has been associated with KIIT Law School since February 2016 as Assistant Professor of Law. His alma mater for the first degree in law is University of Burdhaman, West Bengal and thereafter he pursued his masters’ degree in law from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. The opportunity to do LL.M at NLSIU and to work as a Teacher Assistant in his final semester actually cruised his career path towards academics. His academic career as a faculty at three universities has helped him immensely to position himself as a teacher in this setting. He cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) of University Grants Commissions in 2013. His interest areas include Taxation Laws, Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence.
