"Mr. Konark Pratap Gupta is an Assistant Professor and a legal scholar specialising in Energy Laws and Sustainability. He earned a B.A. LLB. (Hons.) with a specialisation in Energy Laws, laying the foundation for his expertise in the field. Continuing his academic journey, He completed a Master of Laws at the prestigious National Law University Delhi, specialising in Constitutional and Criminal Laws. Over time, He developed a profound interest in Energy Law and Policy, recognising its pivotal role in contemporary legal landscapes. This passion led him to become Ph.D. Research Scholar at Gujarat National Law University, specifically focusing on Energy Laws and sustainability. As a dedicated scholar, He actively contributes to academic discourse through reputed publications and participation at national and international conferences. His interdisciplinary approach integrates legal principles with environmental considerations, offering insights that inform policymaking and regulatory practices. To gain experience in the policy framework, He is also pursuing Post-Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy from the National Law University Delhi in collaboration with World Wide Fund India. As an Assistant Professor at KIIT Law School, He is also empanelled by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). His expertise includes - Energy Laws, Criminal Laws and Environmental laws.
