Kyvalya Garikapati

"Dr.. Kaivalya Garikapati did her LL.B. from Montessori Mahila College of Law, Vijayawada in 1997. She completed her LL.M in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law in 2006 and was a Gold Medalist in Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. She cleared APSET in 2013. She completed her Ph.D at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur in 2019.
She had practiced as an Advocate in Guntur Bar Association from 1998 to 2004 in both civil and criminal areas. Thereafter, she worked as a Lecturer in Andhra Christian College of Law, Guntur and Mahatma Gandhi College, Guntur (2006-12). She joined KIIT School of Law in July 2012 and taught Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Jurisprudence, Human rights Law, Indian Federalism, Affirmative Action and Discriminative Justice, System of Governance, Law and Religion and Media Law. She authored many National and International published Articles and attended many National and International Programmes. Dr. Kyvalya has to her credit a textbook on Administrative Law Co- Authored with Prof.V.D.Sebastian, titled “An Introduction to Administrative Law” published by Asia Law House Hyderabad."
