Dr. Rishi carries a rich & dynamic professional experience with a blend of working as a legal practitioner for 5 years and as an academician for around 7 years. He is having a flair for research and teaching and currently he holds the position of Assistant Professor at School of Law, KIIT University. Dr. Rishi effectively integrates academic understanding with practical perspectives to provide a well-rounded educational experience for his students. Dr. Rishi pursued his LL.M. degree with specialization in Corporate & Commercial Laws and continued his research in his Ph.D. in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws. This continuous study demonstrates his dedication to tackling current legal problems and making valuable contributions to the developing subject of corporate laws. He has also participated and presented papers at national and international conferences and attended various seminars and workshops on areas of research and academic development. He has also published many research papers in Scopus, UGC CARE and Peer reviewed journals. His teaching methodology is enhanced by his five years’ experience in legal practise and working at a prestigious taxation law firm in Mumbai while closely working with the Department of International Trade, UK. His combination of academic and professional expertise enables him to provide students with important perspectives on the actual use of legal ideas.
