Shyamantak Misra
Assistant Professor
Dr. Shyamantak Misra has completed her Ph.D. in the area of "Adoption & Surrogacy Laws" in KIIT School of Law, KIIT DU. She graduated with BA LLB(H) degree from Madhusudan Law University and did her Masters from SOA National Institute of Law, SOA DU having specialization in Corporate and Commercial Laws. Furthermore, she owns two certificate courses, one on "Medical Laws" from Institute of Mumbai and the other on "Prevention of Sexual harassment at Workplace" from Indian Academy of Law and Management. Prior to Joining KIIT DU she worked as a lecturer in The Law College, Cuttack. Then she joined SOA National Institute of Law as an Assistant Professor. She has also served at Madhusudan Law University as a Guest faculty. She has to her credit several publications in Scopus, Web of Science, UGC, and other peer reviewed journals as well. She possesses immense Interest in “Personal Laws” apart from that she has taught subjects like Corporate Crimes/White Collar Crimes, Environmental Laws, Interpretation of Statutes, Land laws and Property Laws.
