We are delighted to share that our research scholar, Ms. Suman Mohanty, along with her co-author Mr. Sankalp Sundaray, has been awarded the “Most Promising Paper” in the Human Capital Track at the National Conference 2025 organized by ICFAI Business School, Kolkata, held on 19th–20th December 2025.
