Assistant Professor
CS Pratiti Nayak has currently 8 years of teaching, academic & research experience with specialization in the field of Corporate Governance, Securities Law & other areas of Business Laws. Ms. Nayak is also closely associated with the KIIT Centre for Business & Corporate Laws (KCBCL) as an active Core Member. She got associated with School of Law, KIIT in 2012. She is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a license from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), since 2011. She completed her Masters (LLM) with Business law specialisation, in the year 2011 from Department of Law, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and was awarded with University Gold Medal and Late G.K. Mishra Gold Medal in her batch. She completed her BA LLB(Hons.) from ULC, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and was also awarded with Late Justice J.K. Mishra Gold Medal for her batch of 2004-09.
