A legal professional with 25 years of experience across litigation, legal advisory, contract management, insurance and financial services.

A 1999 law graduate from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, Anurag K. Shukla practised as an advocate for companies including IDBI, HDFC, ACC Cements, Philips and LIC before moving into senior in-house legal roles.
He served as DGM–Legal at Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd., Head–Legal at Kotak Life Insurance and Kotak Mutual Fund, and Head–Legal at SBI Life Insurance. In May 2023, he founded Samvida Legal in Mumbai.
