Dr Rakesh Kumar Tripathi, Associate Professor, Head of Department of English and Foreign Languages, Director of the Centre for Advanced Research on Indian Knowledge Systems, Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha, delivered a lecture on the Topic: Language and Communication Skills: Legal English Basics for the LL.B. students at the School of Law, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, KIIT Deemed to be University. He described the nature and functions of language used in the legal field. He discussed how laws are coded and mediated through language. His lecture was enriching and insightful for the students.
