On 23rd October 2025, the KSOL Centre for Studies in Business and Corporate Law (KCBCL) organized an academic field visit to the National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, the Centre for Judicial Archives, and the Museum of Justice, Cuttack, which was attended by 32 students, including undergraduates from the 4th and 5th years as well as LL.M. students.

The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of quasi-judicial institutions, enabling them to observe corporate adjudication and legal processes beyond the classroom setting.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to witness courtroom proceedings and gain insights into the application of legal principles in real-life corporate disputes, thereby bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical understanding. In addition, the visit allowed students to explore the historical and institutional significance of the Indian judiciary, as they examined archival records, historical documents, and exhibits at the Centre for Judicial Archives and the Museum of Justice, which illustrated the evolution of judicial practices and the heritage of India’s legal system.”
