KIIT School of Law proudly congratulates Priyasha Panda and Archi Adisha, first-year students of the BBA LL.B. (Hons.) programme, on their commendable achievement at the Global Model United Nations (GMUN) 2026, organised by Communiqué and hosted at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 9–11 January 2026.
Representing Ireland, the young delegates demonstrated remarkable diplomatic acumen, rigorous research, persuasive articulation, and collaborative negotiation skills throughout the conference. Over three intensive days of committee deliberations and simulations addressing contemporary global challenges, Priyasha and Archi engaged with confidence and clarity, reflecting maturity well beyond their academic standing.
Their consistent performance was recognised with an Honourable Mention, a testament to their preparation, teamwork, and analytical depth amidst a highly competitive field of participants from across the country and beyond.
This achievement also underscores the academic ecosystem of KIIT School of Law, ranked 14th in India by NIRF, which is committed to nurturing future-ready legal professionals through integrated honours programmes, experiential learning, mooting culture, and strong global exposure.
Participation in platforms like GMUN equips students with essential competencies in international relations, leadership, and critical thinking skills integral to success in law and allied fields. Priyasha Panda and Archi Adisha have set a motivating benchmark for their peers, illustrating how dedication and discipline can translate into early academic distinction.
KIIT School of Law congratulates both students on this proud accomplishment and wishes them continued success in their academic and professional journeys.
