KIIT School of Law conducted an engaging Internship Orientation Session for first-year students to sensitise them to early professional preparedness and workplace expectations in the legal field. The School was pleased to host Mr. Puneet Rathsharma, Partner at PINAC LAW, who interacted with students and shared practical perspectives drawn from real-time professional experience.
During the session, Mr. Rathsharma highlighted the significance of internships in building foundational legal skills, understanding law firm culture, and developing professional discipline from the initial stages of legal education. He emphasised the value of hands-on exposure, consistency, and a proactive approach to learning.
The programme was further enriched by the presence of Ms. Reetasa Samal, alumna of KIIT School of Law and Associate at the firm, who shared her journey from law school to professional practice.
The interactive session offered students a realistic insight into professional growth and workplace dynamics. The programme was organized by the Training & Placement Cell, KIIT School of Law.
