KIIT School of Law congratulates Mr. Pritam Kumar Samal, Faculty Associate, and Mr. Anwesh Panigrahi, Ph.D. Scholar, on successfully presenting their research paper at the Law Conference organized by Xavier Law School, XIM University, Bhubaneswar, where their work was honoured with the Best Innovative Paper Award.
Their paper, titled “From Algorithmic Policing to Algorithmic Judging: Due Process in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” critically examined the constitutional and due process challenges emerging from the growing use of artificial intelligence in criminal justice systems. This achievement reflects the vibrant research culture at KIIT School of Law and its commitment to engaging with contemporary issues at the intersection of law and technology.
