KIIT School of Law is pleased to share that Dr. Sarvesh Kumar Shahi was invited by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, to deliver an online lecture as part of the ICSI Executive Programme Master Classes on 11 March 2026. Addressing around 50 Company Secretary professionals, Dr. Shahi spoke on the topic “Recourse against Arbitral Awards.” His lecture provided valuable insights into the legal framework governing arbitration, particularly the remedies and challenges available against arbitral awards under Indian law. The session was highly engaging and enriched the participants’ understanding of arbitration and dispute resolution in the corporate and commercial landscape.
