Alongside Dr. Sajid Sheikh, Assistant Professor (Law) at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, Dr. Pradhan evaluated the compelling arguments between Malaysia (Appellant) and Bangladesh (Respondent) on March 13, 2026.
