Mr. Udit Narayan Mishra, Assistant Professor of Law at KIIT School of Law, actively contributed to the Labour Law Conference 2026 by serving as a Co-Chair for Online Technical Session-IX. The conference, organized by Lloyd Law College and Lloyd School of Law on March 27–28, 2026, brought together leading scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to deliberate on contemporary labour law challenges under the theme “Empowering Workers in a Changing World: Towards Inclusive, Sustainable, Equitable Labour and Justice.”
During the session held on March 28, 2026, Mr. Mishra played a pivotal role as both Co-Chair and evaluator, engaging with a diverse range of research presentations addressing pressing issues such as gig economy regulation, grievance redressal mechanisms, and labour rights in emerging sectors. His academic insights and critical evaluation contributed significantly to the quality of discussions and the development of practical perspectives on labour governance.
By facilitating meaningful scholarly exchange and assessing cutting-edge research, Mr. Mishra helped bridge the gap between theoretical discourse and policy-oriented solutions. His participation reflects KIIT School of Law’s continued commitment to academic excellence, research engagement, and contribution to evolving legal frameworks at both national and international levels.
