Ms. Nidhi Singh is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and serves as Of-Counsel (Litigation) across multiple jurisdictions in the United States, including California, New York, New Jersey, and Texas—an accomplishment that places her among a select group of legal professionals with active standing across two of the world’s most rigorous legal systems.

Her professional journey is marked by an impressive commitment to public service and the rule of law. She has held significant roles within the District Attorney’s Office in California and has also clerked at the California Department of Justice. These experiences reflect her versatility as a legal professional and her dedication to advancing justice across jurisdictions.
