KIIT School of Law is pleased to share that Dr. Sarvesh Kumar Shahi, Assistant Professor-II, was invited by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, to deliver a series of online lectures on important aspects of arbitration law.
The lectures were conducted on the following topics:
- Preparation of Pleadings before Arbitral Tribunal (18 April 2026)
- Evidence Taking by the Arbitral Tribunal (20 April 2026)
- Setting Aside of Arbitral Award and Appeals (21 April 2026)
