KIIT School of Law is pleased to share that Dr. Kyvalya Garikapati, Dean (Academics) & Associate Professor, was invited as a Resource Person for the Induction Training Programme of Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) Officer Trainees at the Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Bhubaneswar.
As part of the programme, Dr. Garikapati delivered a lecture on “Res Judicata, Doctrine of Jurisdiction and Limitation” for OAS Officer Trainees of the 2025 batch. The session focused on important legal principles relevant to administrative and judicial functioning, contributing meaningfully to the academic and professional training of future administrators.
His invitation as a Resource Person reflects his academic expertise and KIIT School of Law’s continued engagement with institutions involved in governance, legal education, and public administration.
