KIIT School of Law is proud to share that Ms. Anushka Bharadwaj, an 8th Semester student, successfully completed a prestigious Research Internship with the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC), Kathmandu, Nepal.
During the internship, she undertook research on the topic, “Drug Trafficking Routes in the SAARC Region: Nexus with Terrorism Financing and Organized Crime.” Her work explored critical regional security challenges, transnational criminal networks, and their broader implications for South Asia, providing valuable insights into contemporary issues of law, governance, and international cooperation.
In recognition of her dedication, analytical abilities, and quality of research, Ms. Bharadwaj was awarded a Completion Certificate by the Secretary-General of SAARC, Md. Golam Sarwar, and also received a Letter of Recommendation from the Director (Sri Lanka ESC).
This accomplishment reflects her academic excellence, research aptitude, and commitment to addressing complex regional issues through scholarly inquiry.
