KIIT School of Law is pleased to share that Dr. Sonali Swetapadma, Assistant Professor, was invited as a Resource Person by the Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Odisha, for the training programme of Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) Probationers.
During the programme, she conducted engaging sessions on important constitutional and evidentiary law topics, including Double Jeopardy, Self-Incrimination, and the evidentiary significance of Oral Evidence. The sessions provided a valuable platform for academic interaction and enabled the probationers to develop a deeper understanding of key legal principles relevant to governance and public administration.
