KIIT School of Law is pleased to share that Dr. Prangya Parimita Behera successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis on 18 June 2026 under the supervision of Dr. Binita Behera, Assistant Professor-II, KIIT School of Law, KIIT-DU.
The Viva Voce Examination was conducted by Prof. (Dr.) Sujit Kumar Choudhary, Professor and Head, Department of Sociology; Head (I/C), Department of Social Work; and Dean, School of Social Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Motihari, Bihar, who served as the External Examiner.
The examination was held in the presence of Prof. B. C. Routra, Senior Professor, School of Mechanical Engineering, KIIT-DU, as the Vice-Chancellor’s Nominee, along with members of the Research Scrutiny Committee (RSC), faculty members, and research scholars.
The successful defence marks a significant academic milestone and reflects Dr. Behera’s dedication, perseverance, and commitment to scholarly research.
