The Industry Engagement Cell, KIIT School of Law, in association with Flintyx Global LLP, organised an Industry–Academia Interaction Programme on 14 August 2026, providing students with an opportunity to engage with leading professionals and gain practical insights into the legal profession.

The programme commenced with a welcome address by Prof. (Dr.) K. D. Raju, Pro Vice Chancellor, KIIT Deemed to be University. The session featured insightful perspectives from Mr. Tanmay Patnaik, Partner & Head – Private Client Practice, Trilegal, and Mr. Rajat Panda, Partner, Okilaw Law Firm. Mr. Aditya Prasad Das, Founder, Flintyx Global LLP, moderated the interaction, which was hosted by Ms. Anindita Patra, Head of Legal Affairs and Client Advisory, Flintyx Global LLP, and alumna of KIIT School of Law.

The interaction focused on key aspects of private-client advisory, wealth structuring, client management, and emerging career opportunities in the legal profession. The speakers also emphasised the importance of translating academic knowledge into practical skills and developing adaptability, effective client interaction, and professional perseverance.

The programme provided students with valuable exposure to the practical dimensions of legal practice and highlighted the importance of meaningful industry–academia engagement in preparing future legal professionals.

The initiative reaffirmed KIIT School of Law’s commitment to creating opportunities for students to connect classroom learning with professional practice and industry perspectives.
