KIIT School of Law is proud to share that Dr. Hiranmaya Nanda, Associate Professor-II and Associate Dean, KSAC, conducted an insightful session on “Divorce and Matrimonial Remedies” as part of the Certificate Course in Family Law organised by CLAP Legal Service Institute.
The session provided an engaging platform for participants and social-sector professionals to discuss key aspects of matrimonial law, statutory provisions, practical dimensions of matrimonial remedies, and significant judicial developments relating to divorce and family disputes.
