KIIT School of Law proudly highlights the academic contribution of Mr. Faiz Ayat Ansari, Head of the Department of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, who was invited as a Resource Person for an online Short-Term Course on the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
The course was organised by the UGC Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre, University of Mumbai, in collaboration with Vighnaharta Trust’s Shivajirao S. Jondhle Institute of Law & Research.
As part of Day 3, Session I, Mr. Ansari delivered a lecture on “Implementation Challenges & Judicial Adaptation.” His session examined the practical and judicial challenges associated with implementing India’s new criminal law framework, highlighting the importance of adapting legal interpretation, judicial practices, and academic approaches to the evolving statutory landscape.
His participation in this faculty development initiative reflects his academic expertise and contribution to advancing legal education and professional learning.
