The KIIT School of Law celebrated a significant scholarly achievement with the official launch of the book “Landmark Judgments on Constitutional Law.” The publication was unveiled by Mrs. Kalika Mahapatra, Former UNDP Project Manager, in a distinguished ceremony attended by Prof. (Dr.) Raju K.D., Pro Vice-Chancellor, KIIT, and Prof. (Dr.) N.L. Mitra, Professor Emeritus.
This comprehensive work features a meticulous analysis of 102 seminal judgments that have shaped the Indian Constitution. The book is further distinguished by a foreword from Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, Vice-Chancellor of Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla, highlighting its importance for students, researchers, and legal practitioners alike.
The successful completion of this extensive project was spearheaded by Mr. Faiz Ayat Ansari, Head of the Department of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. In collaboration with Dr. Kalpeshkumar L Gupta and ProBono India, Mr. Ansari led a dedicated team of students and researchers to bring this volume to fruition.
Published by Law and Justice Publishing Co., the book stands as a testament to the research-driven culture at KIIT and Mr. Ansari’s commitment to fostering high-quality legal literature through collaborative academic initiatives.
