Dr. Bibhu Kaibalya Manik, Assistant Professor at KIIT School of Law, KIIT Deemed to be University, chaired a Technical Session at the National Conference on “Labour Laws in India: Rights, Reforms and the Changing World of Work” held on 17 March 2026 at the School of Law, SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Navi Mumbai.
The session witnessed engaging deliberations and brought together diverse research perspectives on contemporary labour law issues. Scholars and participants explored emerging concerns surrounding the gig economy, changing employment relationships, and the increasing role of technology in shaping the modern workplace.
