KIIT School of Law is proud to share that Dr. Bibhu Kaibalya Manik, Assistant Professor-II, has been recognized as a co-registered designer of the UK Registered Design titled “Electronic Computer Device for Online Dispute Resolution and AI-Assisted Mediation,” registered with the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO).
The design was officially registered on 29 May 2026 and granted on 7 July 2026, marking a significant international recognition in the field of legal technology and intellectual property.
The innovation focuses on leveraging Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop technology-enabled solutions that enhance the efficiency and accessibility of dispute resolution mechanisms. It reflects the growing role of digital technologies in transforming the administration of justice.
This achievement underscores KIIT School of Law’s commitment to fostering innovation, interdisciplinary research, and intellectual property creation with global relevance.
