KIIT School of Law is pleased to share that Dr. Parimita Dash, Associate Professor and Associate Dean (Student Affairs), was invited as a Resource Person to deliver a guest lecture on “Admission of Electronic Evidence” during the Training Programme for the Odisha Finance Service (2023 Batch) at the Odisha Judicial Academy, Cuttack.
The session focused on the legal framework governing the admissibility of electronic evidence, recent judicial developments, and the practical challenges associated with the appreciation of digital evidence in legal and administrative proceedings.
