KIIT School of Law is pleased to share that Dr. Ramesh Chandra Sethi, Assistant Professor, participated in the Nurturing Future Leadership Program (NFLP) held from 25–29 May 2026 at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu.
The programme was organized under the aegis of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP) and funded by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. This prestigious, selection-based leadership programme was designed to nurture leadership competencies among young faculty members and equip them to contribute effectively to collective decision-making, shared governance, institutional development, and problem-solving.
The five-day programme focused on developing future academic leaders and expanding the pool of faculty members capable of assuming leadership roles in higher education institutions. Through interactive sessions and collaborative learning experiences, participants gained valuable insights into leadership, governance, and institutional excellence.
Dr. Sethi’s participation in this prestigious programme reflects his commitment to professional development and academic leadership. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Pro Vice-Chancellor, and Registrar of KIIT-DU for nominating him for this enriching opportunity.
