KIIT School of Law proudly congratulates Mr. Udit Narayan Mishra, Assistant Professor, on receiving the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Comparative Law (ICCL) 2026, organized by Galgotias University in collaboration with the School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University, Australia.
Mr. Mishra received the award for his research paper titled “Will or AlgoWill: Revisiting Liability of Internet Intermediaries in India in the Times of Algorithmic Decision Making.” His paper critically examined the evolving legal challenges posed by algorithmic decision-making, with a particular focus on intermediary liability and the adequacy of India’s existing legal framework in the age of artificial intelligence.
This recognition reflects his commitment to impactful legal research and scholarly excellence in the emerging areas of technology law, artificial intelligence, and digital governance. His achievement also highlights KIIT School of Law’s continued emphasis on fostering research that contributes meaningfully to contemporary legal and policy discourse.
