Mr. Bibhu Kaibalya Manik has been a legal teaching professional for six years. He taught subjects like banking law, land law, criminal law, correctional administration, insolvency and bankruptcy, drafting, pleading and conveyances, and professional ethics, Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has been a labour and industrial law teacher for five years. He has submitted his thesis on Issues and Challenges for Small and Marginal Farmer in the legislative framework with Special reference to the State of Odisha. In addition, he serves as the faculty convenor of the KIIT School of Law's Imazix (the photography society) and the Centre for Labour and Employment Studies. In addition to presenting research papers at numerous national and international conferences, he has published numerous studies on labour and agricultural law.
B.A.LL.B (Hons.) in 2015, LL.M (Corporate Commercial Law) in 2017, currently pursuing Ph.D. in Agriculture Law(Thesis Submitted)
Research Interests
Specialization in Corporate and Commercial Law, with teaching experience in Criminal Law, Correctional Administration, Land Law, Insolvency, Banking Law, and Labor Law.
