Shreya Chatterjee

Assistant Professor

She is presently working as an Assistant Professor-II in KIIT University. She has presently around 10 years of teaching experience. She has done her LLM from NLIU, Bhopal with specialization in Law Science and Technology and has a PhD from KIIT University. She has worked on a project funded by ICSSR and has also worked on a project on Capability, Governance and Nanotechnology developments: a focus on India in The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI), Delhi. Her publications cover a wide range of subjects and issues including Medical negligence, E-commerce, Energy Laws, Intellectual Property Law, Cyber laws and Human Rights Law, and are published in National Journals of repute. She .She has been teaching Law of Contract, Law of Torts, IT & IP, Information Technology Laws and Health Law.
