Biography and academic profile

Dr. Bineet Kedia has begun his career in education as teacher in 2011 in Law College Durgapur, West Bengal. He has been associated with KIIT Law School since February 2016 as Assistant Professor of Law. His alma mater for the first degree in law is University of Burdwan, West Bengal and thereafter he pursued his masters’ degree in law from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. He completed his Ph.D. from Amity University Rajasthan. His academic career as a faculty in three universities has helped him immensely to position himself as a teacher in this setting. He cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) of University Grants Commissions in 2013. His interest areas include Taxation Laws, Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence.
