PRATEEK MISHRA has done his schooling from Delhi Public School Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. He is a first class graduate from the prestigious Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar in the year 2013. He was recruited by Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited during campus placements and worked as a Management Trainee there . He also has three years of litigation experience in the areas of civil and revenue laws. He did his post graduation in Constitutional Law from the renowned National Law University Odisha in the year 2018 and graduated with first class degree. He cleared the competitive exam of NET which is conducted by the National Testing Agency in the year 2019. He joined SOA National Institute of Law in the year 2019 as Assistant Professor and taught Constitutional Law and Law of Insurance during his tenure there.
