Biography and academic profile
Dr. Hiranmaya Nanda is an accomplished legal academician, researcher, and mentor with more than 15 years of experience in teaching and research. He is presently serving as Associate Professor-II at the School of Law, KIIT, and also holds the position of Associate Dean, KIIT Student Activity Centre (KSAC). Prior to joining KIIT, Dr. Nanda served at the SOA National Institute of Law. He has also been associated with Madhusudan Law College, Cuttack, as a Visiting Faculty. In addition to his academic engagements, he has contributed to professional legal education and judicial training through his association with the Odisha Judicial Academy, where he has conducted training programmes for judicial officers. Dr. Nanda has actively contributed to the development of legal scholarship through research supervision and academic mentorship. He has successfully guided scholars and continues to mentor and support several emerging researchers in their academic pursuits. In recognition of his contribution and professional expertise, Dr. Nanda has been nominated and was recently felicitated as a Distinguished Jury Member for the Shakti Samman, State of Odisha.
