Biography and academic profile

Miss Sambhabi Patnaik got associated with KIIT Law School in April 2018 as an Assistant Professor. A topper of her class, she graduated from KIIT Law School in 2014 with an honors in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). She was a recipient of KIIT merit scholarship for three consecutive years during the course of her graduation. Subsequently, she pursued her post graduation studies (LL.M.) from National Law University, Jodhpur specializing in Cyber Law and Cyber Security. She graduated in 2015 and was placed amongst the top 5 of her class.

Miss Patnaik was serving as an Intellectual Property Associate with one of India's renowned Intellectual Property (IPR) firm in Bangalore. During her stint of two years with the organisation, she gathered rich and comprehensive experience along with real-time learning, which has motivated her to pass on the knowledge and skills to the budding lawyers.

An ardent traveller, Miss Patnaik is immensely interested in exploring various cultures and has represented India in various International Student Exchange camps during her student days. She likes being called a voracious reader to satisfy her insatiable desire to gather versatile knowledge on various topics. Being a national level chess player and representing her state in various national chess championships; she acknowledges the importance of sports and other co-curricular activities along-with academics.
