Sarvesh Kumar Shahi (UGC-NET Qualified) is currently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar and is associated with National Law University, Nagpur as a Visiting Faculty since August 08, 2016. He has completed his law graduation from University of Lucknow in 2009 and LLM in the year 2013 from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Mr. Shahi has total eight years of work experience in the field of litigation, teaching and research. He has experience of working with several reputed institutes of India like Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Amity University, Noida, All India Reporter Law Academy & Research Centre, Nagpur, National Law University, Nagpur, Centre for Rural Studies, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie and SRM University, Lucknow. During his academic career, he has published research papers and editorial columns on various socio-legal issues in reputed indexed journals, magazines and newspapers. Mr. Shahi is also a member of editorial board of several international and national peer-reviewed/refereed journals. Mr. Shahi has recently received an award titled “Innovative Legal Research & Dedicated Teaching Professional Award” from The Society of Innovative Educationalist & Scientific Research Professional, Chennai in the year 2020 ((Regd.under TN Govt.societies registration act,1975,No .8918). His area of expertise are Water Laws, Jurisprudence, Procedural Laws and Intellectual Property Laws. Currently, he is teaching procedural laws to UG students.
