Dr Sidhartha Sekhar Dash is presently is an Associate Professor & HOD of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Administration at KIIT School of Law, KIIT DU. Dr Dash is having more than 7 years of Practise Experience in the High Court of Orissa and was attached to the Lex Publico Law Firm, Bhubaneswar under Mr. Bibhu Tripathy, Addl. Standing Counsel, High Court of Odisha. He also has more than 10 Years of Teaching Experience in the field of Criminal and other Laws. He is a UGC-NET qualified and is awarded PhD on the title “Relevance of Neurolaw in the Criminal Justice Administration in India- A Critical Study”. He has 27 publications, 5 patents, guided 8 LLM Scholars, undergone more than 6 Faculty Development Programmes to his credit. His articles titled “Expanding Frontier Of Neurolaw: Post Smt. Selvi v. State Of Karnataka” and “Neuroscience Perspective of Conduct and Causation in Criminal Law in India” find special mention in India Neurolaw under the MacArthur Foundation Research Network on Law and Neuroscience, Vanderbilt University.
