Sidhartha S. Dash, Assistant Professor-II, is a UGC NET qualified personnel now continuing Ph.D under the guidance of Prof H.C Padhi and Dr Biswadeep Das in Criminal Law. His interest areas are Criminal Law, Neurolaw, Jurisprudence. He is a First Class in LLM and Industrial Relation and Personnel Management from Sambalpur University. He has published 25 publications in national and international journals, participated in 15 Seminars, completed 6 Faculty Development Programmes, registered 1 patent, and has guided 4 Master Scholars. He has more than 7 year practice experience in District Courts and in High Court of Orissa, Cuttack in trial and appellate sides in Criminal Laws. He was associated with leading Law Firm, Lex Publicio with Mr Bibhu Tripathy, Addl Standing Counsel, HC of Odisha. He was a Part-time Lecturer in P.P Law College, teaching jurisprudence and constitution, and also was a Legal Advisor to Sambalpur Dist. Co-operative Bank City Branch, Sambalpur for more than 3 years advising in Banking Laws, DRT and NI Acts.
