Dr. Sthita Prajna Mohanty is working as an Associate Dean at KIIT SCHOOL OF LAW, KIIT DU, Bhubaneswar 751018. Dr. Mohanty, graduated from University Law College Bhubaneswar and completed his Masters in Law from KIIT School Of Law while focusing on the core specialisation of Corporate Laws. Further he pursued his PhD on the area of ‘Police Culture: A study on the police Commissionerate of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack’. Previously before joining the teaching fraternity, he had been the Legal Executive counsel of ‘Larson and Tubro’ (L&T) and also standing advocate at Cuttack High Court, Odisha. Dr. Mohanty during his tenure has been an exceptionally good counsel on Arbitration matters. .He is currently an esteemed faculty and Associate Dean of KIIT School of Law and teaches Commercial Arbitration, International Dispute Resolution, Banking Law, Jurisprudence and Legal Methods. He has an impressive amount of publications on both International and National journals on Arbitration related research areas and Policing. He has participated in several State Seminars on ‘Police’ and National Conferences and Seminars.
