Biography and academic profile
Sundar Athreya H is a Lawyer by training and is working as an Assistant Professor at KIIT School of Law. He graduated with an LLM specialising in Intellectual property and technology law from Jindal Global Law School. Upon completion of his law degree, he enrolled with Bar Council and had represented various clients including fortune 500 companies before judicial forums. His primary interest gravitates towards intellectual property law and he has published in reputed Journals like Journal for World Intellectual Property Law, and International Journal of Intellectual Property Managements. He also contributes opinion columns in leads national and international dailies like The Hindu, The Hindu businessline, Deccan Herald, and The New Indian Express.
